Over the past decades hip hop grew from the slums of New York to an international platform. Sometimes we really don't know what type of an impact it really has made but "Raging Phoenix" starring Thailand's female martial arts superstar JeeJa Yanin, is b-boys meets Muay Thai. It is such a treat to see what they have done with this.
A lot of these martial arts movies are based on "principals", "messages" or some type of moral and the action packed scenes are brutally beautiful. It is really a treat to see such dedication to the their craft and I would doubt if those movies would ever be able to become a reality show.
"Raging Phoenix" is about child kidnapping and Jeeja trying to infiltrate the ring but the main thing are the fight scenes that incorporate hip hop and martial arts.
