Our metabolism slows down as we age, which in turn means that we start to gain more weight because our bodies are becoming slower in breaking the food down to use as energy instead it starts to store it as fat. One thing about getting older is that our responsibilites change, being young we are still feeling our life out, we stay active and still do the things we did as teenager including playing sports, exercise and simply being a lot more active. As we get older we start to focus on our careers more, earning a paycheck and a lot of times working longer hours makes us tired and we start to skip certain routines, next thing we know years have past.

Getting in the gym can be a task and then once you make it to the gym, you may wonder what to do.
