Our metabolism slows down as we age, which in turn means that we start to gain more weight because our bodies are becoming slower in breaking the food down to use as energy instead it starts to store it as fat. One thing about getting older is that our responsibilites change, being young we are still feeling our life out, we stay active and still do the things we did as teenager including playing sports, exercise and simply being a lot more active.
